Gulyy Home Staging ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website or contact us for home staging services in Springfield and Southwest Missouri.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you submit a contact form, call, or email us: your name, email address, phone number, property details, and any message you provide.

Information collected automatically when you visit our site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and online identifiers (including cookie and advertising IDs), via cookies and similar technologies. With your consent, this is collected by Google Analytics (GA4) and the Google Ads tag. We do not load these analytics and advertising tools until you accept non-essential cookies (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, schedule and deliver staging services, and communicate with you about your project. With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure our website traffic and the performance of our advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers that operate our website, email, and call tracking on our behalf; with Google, where, if you accept non-essential cookies, Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag share online identifiers and your site activity to measure traffic and our advertising (under California law this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising); and where required to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your name, email, or phone number with advertising partners for their own marketing. Our only "sharing" for advertising is the consent-based Google tags described above, which you control (see Sections 4 and 5).

4. Cookies, analytics & your choices

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice; these are always on. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads) are not loaded until you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer, which reopens the banner. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, we automatically treat it as an opt-out and do not load these tools. You may also control cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your rights & choices

We strive to honor the same core privacy rights for everyone, regardless of where you live. Depending on your state of residence, these include:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes for using it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions (for example, information we must keep to respond to your inquiry, deliver a service you requested, or meet a legal or tax obligation).
  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your information for money; our only "sharing" is the consent-based Google tags described above. To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer, decline non-essential cookies, or send a Global Privacy Control signal — all of which we honor.
  • Right to data portability — to receive the information you provided in a usable format.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised these rights.
  • No solely-automated decisions — we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

How to exercise these rights: contact us at 417-399-8379 or through our contact page. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before we respond. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with your written authorization. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal; we will explain how in our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6. Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and meet our legal and tax obligations, then securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Contact
